Part 1: What is New with the 2007 AIA Documents? Presented by Charlie Shoemaker, AIA, and a member of the Documents Committee, will review significant changes recently made by the AIA to the following items and documents: new number system, General Conditions; Owner / Architect Agreements; Owner / Contractor Agreements; Design / Build Agreements; CM Agreements; and Electronic Agreements.

Part 2: Ten Commandments to Protect Your Wallet in the Age of Legal Liability. Presented by Robert Spillman, FAIA, as an architectural expert witness he will address a myriad of legal issues applicable to all parties in the construction process.
