Membership Benefits

• Networking and personal contact with more than 150 AIA members in our region, which includes Berks, Schuylkill, Carbon, Lehigh, Northampton and Monroe Counties.
• Invitation to monthly seminars with topics on design and construction issues – promoting AIA continuing education opportunities (your firm may be eligible to host these seminars).
• Complete chapter membership listing in digital form.
• Online directory of allied membership including hot links to company website.
• Additional opportunities to sponsor events and advertise in miscellaneous publications.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Chapter Meetings – these meetings are held monthly with the exclusion of a few months in the summer.  The chapter membership is invited to this meeting and it is held in a central location to the membership.  Included in the sponsorship:

• logo and name of firm on table tents for each table at dinner
• logo and name with firm link on the web page for the meeting sponsored.
• logo and name with firm link on email invitations to the membership
• 2 representatives may attend dinner meeting (cost included in sponsorship fee)
• representatives may address the attendees for 5-10 minutes to introduce themselves and the company

The sponsorship is a flat fee of $250 per meeting.

Allied Member Night - This is an important annual event filled with opportunities for our Allied Members to show off their new products and services to our members.  Each Allied Member can set up a table top display, which our members can visit during the social hour and after the event.  After dinner, each Allied Member will be given the floor for 5 minutes to highlight their latest product developments and services.  Allied Members can also bring door prizes which will be awarded through a chance drawing.

The sponsorship is $50 per table (does not include attendee dinner costs)

$250Hors d'oeuvres Sponsor will receive recognition at the event, a large placard (or presentation board provided by you) at the hors d'œuvres table/bar, listing in invitations and two tickets to the event.

President’s Night with Design Awards – This is the largest event for the chapter in the calendar year.  The night is hosted by the chapter President and the annual Design Award recipients are presented with their awards.  Those people in attendance in members, winning project team members, clients, and more.

$150Tabletop Sponsors will receive recognition at the event and a table placard with their company name and logo and one dinner ticket to the event.

$500Cocktail Sponsor will receive recognition at the event, a large placard (or presentation board provided by you) at the hors d'œuvres table/bar, listing in invitations and two dinner tickets to the event.
